Here are some tips to take advantage of the data that is sent to you.
MLS Details sheet tips
If you click on the photo it should open a multi photo page, possibly to a virtual tour or any documents that maybe involved with that property a Seller Disclosure maybe.
If you click on the address , if the agent did his job right should bring up a map where you can zoom in and out and click satellite to get an aerial view.
If you click on the Parcel ID it will get you to the public record for that property from there you can get property tax info, parcel map(similar to the map above), see the sales history of that unit and recent sales within that complex or subdivision amd much more.
Public Record detail sheet tips
If you click parcel map it will bring up that property plat map, may show lot dimensions, form there you can zoom in, out, left, out, up and right, click box for aerial view. If you click on adjacent lots you can go to its detail sheet ID
If you click on Sales in Area you will get the past sales History for that subdivision
If you Click on Tax Collector data, it may bring up the Tax data for that property or you may need to enter the parcel ID form the public record detail sheet
If you click Show Building it will color code the the buildings square feet layout

If you click the path to deed that will show you that warranty deed for that sale.
